For our team this is a special moment — we can finally show a new variant of one of the most important kits in the history of Arma Hobby. In 2023 the Arma Hobby Hurricane Mk IIc was rated by many modellers as the best single‑engine WWII fighter kit in 1/48 scale. Today we present its earlier variant — the Hurricane Mk I, designed completely from scratch in tooling from 2025. It represents the same high design standard, while also bringing refined details and new engineering solutions.

Hurricane Mk I 1/48 allows you to build the late metal‑wing variant used by the RAF during the Battle of Britain and on many fronts around the world. From the kit you can build both the standard version and the tropical one with the characteristic Vokes filter.

Main features of the kit

All‑new tooling from 2025

  • completely new: fuselage, wings, radiator and propellers,
  • subtle panel lines and realistic rivet detail,
  • engineering prepared for precise fit and clean assembly.

Proven details and refined shapes

  • cockpit and canopy sprue known from the Hurricane Mk IIc,
  • option to choose standard or tropical version.

Decals, masks and extras
