Libor Jekl, a well known Czech modeller from Brno is one of the first who built Yak-1b model kit from Arma Hobby. Only minor upgrades were made. See photos of ready to inspection kit and share yor thoughts or ask question in comments.
Kit went together staihtforward. Libor has replaced plastic MG nozzle with fine metal tube. He made starter teeth on propeller hub and canopy sliding hood from heat formed plastic sheet. Model was painted with MrColor lacquers.
