Sławek Kusz has finished two PZL P.7a models from Arma Hobby kits in 1/72 scale. He did hesitate to scratchbuild some details. See photos of models, and write in comments how do you like them please?

Models were built out of the box. I painted them with Hataka C series paints, set CS01 “September 39”. I used Techmod decals for cheme with a rooster. I also used the resin wheels of the Attack Squadron included in Deluxe Set. The models went together very nicely. However, I added a bit of my own work to the kit parts. Special attention was required to assemble the engine covers. I made an imitation of the fuselage reinforcement stripes (Tamiya tape), and remade the tail skids, adding thin wires support. I drilled the exhausts and the air intake. In addition, I made a moved elevator by cutting it out, adding hinges and assembling it in dropped position.
