I haven&#8217;t used a quck drying cement like Mr.Cement S or Tamiya Extra thin, but Revell Contact glue that is thicker and allows longer drying time, so the final position of the cowling panels can be further fine-tuned once we are satisfied with the overall fit.<\/p>\n<p>Since I have in my spares couple of Marabu etched set, I eventually utilized them as a source of the etched canopy frames, which can offer perfect scale thickness. This does not mean the kit&#8217;s canopy is somehow thick; oppositely, it is pretty close considering the moulding limits of the plastic in this scale.<\/p>\n<p>I opted for the marking of one of the most famous Czechoslovak aces that fought in the Battle France, Franti\u0161ek Pe\u0159ina who scored 11 confirmed victoreies and 2 probables. I utilized kit&#8217;s decals for the GC I\/5 markings combined with AML decal sheet provided the codes.
