\"\"Maciej and Ksawery Noszczak – father and son – have built two models using our newest 1\/72 Arma Hobby kits: Ki-43 II Hayabusa.<\/p>\n

The gentlemen sent us photos of their models. Maciek also wrote a few sentences of his comments:<\/p>\n

The latest Arma Hobby model kit – the Ki-43 – was built by us just after its release, over the Christmas period. Contrary to the opinions we have already found on various forums, the model turned out to be like any Arma release – very fast and pleasant to assemble. And it looks very good on the shelf.<\/p>\n

When assembling the model, attention should be paid first of all to the very delicate cleaning of the tail section (I made the last corrections under a magnifying glass) and the minimal use of glue for this area. Where do I see regression? The sprues are not as \u2018sharp\u2019 as from the previous tooling workshop. Some flash is visible. The surface of the kit has traces of mould machining. Where do I see progression? I am mega-surprised by the finesse of the transparent canopy. The same goes for any trailing edges and their thickness. There is no need to redrill or cut the mounting pins, for example. The instructions are not done to the \u2018last minute\u2019. What do I value the kits for from the beginning? First of all, for the possibility of achieving a cool effect with a relatively short assembly time. The body of the model corresponds as much as possible to the original (I do not refer to the details, for this there are colleagues counting the rivets on the fuselage). Parts such as undercarriage, pitot tube, etc are very stable. Ejector pin marks – in good places.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
